Where do your crystals come from?
Our crystals are sourced from around the world, including Brazil, Madagascar, India and other regions known for their natural mineral formations.
How do I know which crystal to choose?
We always say: let the crystal choose you. Trust your intuition and notice which stones you feel most drawn to. You can also shop by intention by reading the product description, such as protection, love, abundance, or clarity - to find the right match for you!
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, we generally ship orders on the same or next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
I want to change or cancel my order
Get in touch with us via email diviniacrystals@hotmail.com as soon as possible to ensure we can action this before it is sent out. If your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to amend it.
A $10 cancellation fee will apply for any orders cancelled prior to dispatch.
